How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made, packaged and shipped out. Once your item is in the hands of the Post, please allow 1-2 weeks for it to arrive to you (this is an average estimate). Due to the pandemic, shipping dates may be delayed.
Do you accept exchanges/returns?
All sales are final, I don't accept returns or exchanges. Feel free to message me about any concerns with your product.
Will my order have tracking?
Standard shipping has no tracking, however, on my website you are able to add tracking to your order!
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once the package is shipped, it is in the hands/control of the US post office. Lost or damaged packages are dealt through US Post and that's why it's a good idea of add tracking to your package. Without tracking your package, there's no way to make a claim for damaged/lost items. If tracking is not added, you are taking these risks.
